Don’t ever underestimate the power of coffee cup wisdom. Merriam-Webster definitions – “Can: be able to”. “Will: used to express futurity”. But the most important word is “AND”. Without the “and” I wake up in the morning knowing I can do something but lacking the discipline to do so. Without the “and” I wake up telling myself I am not capable even if I want it. I raised a daughter who woke up every morning refusing to let doubt or fear hold her back. 64 months and counting on this journey of grief and discovery and I am still learning from her. I can and I will!! My coffee cup says so!!
