When I count my age by friends I am so very old in the most amazing of ways. Thank you to each of you for making a single (birth)day be so filled with love and support. With all due respect to John Lennon though, I feel I must modify the second half of his quote. “Count your life by smiles, AND tears”. The deeper my pain (and tears) the deeper my joy (and smiles). Yesterday was a day where I shed many tears and yet you all gave me the gift of countless smiles. I am indeed old in the best of ways. With gratitude….
