Until we are both on the same side I will honor you in every way I can. I will keep you indelibly in my heart and my soul. I keep you and now our family indelibly on my body. Your beauty is in the waves on my arm. And we are now together as one family in my tree of life. Your father is my foundation – he is the roots of our tree. Your brother is my compassionate strength and life – he is the “chai” (the life) of our tree. You are my ever present dragonfly – soaring all around our tree. And my tree bears cherry blossoms. They are exquisite in their beauty but fleeting in their stay. We must savor them every day that they are here. It has been four months. A mere moment and yet an eternity. I honor you and love you now and always.
